Our Services
Cred Data Sub provides a wallet-powered digital utility platform. The following services are currently available:
- Airtime purchase — instant recharge for MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile lines across Nigeria
- Data purchase — mobile internet data bundles across major Nigerian networks with clearly priced plans
- Electricity payment — prepaid meter token generation and postpaid bill payment for supported electricity distribution companies (DisCos)
- Cable TV subscription — renewal of DStv, GOtv, Startimes, and other supported cable TV subscriptions
- Exam pins — result-checking pins and registration tokens for WAEC, JAMB, NECO, NABTEB, and other supported examination bodies
- Wallet funding — topping up your wallet via bank transfer to a dedicated virtual account, card payment, or other methods made available from time to time
All services depend on the continuous availability of our third-party providers (including VTpass, Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify, and PaymentPoint). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third-party providers, telecommunications network outages, or force majeure events.
Wallet and Funding
Your Cred Data Sub wallet is a prepaid balance maintained on our platform for the sole purpose of paying for services on the platform.
Main wallet
Your main wallet holds naira funds you have deposited via a funding method. It is the primary payment balance for all service purchases.
Funding methods
You may fund your wallet via:
- Bank transfer to your assigned virtual bank account (powered by Monnify, PaymentPoint/Palmpay, or PaymentPoint/Opay, depending on your KYC tier)
- Card payment via Paystack or Flutterwave
- Other methods we may introduce from time to time
Important wallet terms
- Your wallet balance is non-interest-bearing. We do not pay any return, interest, or profit on funds held in your wallet.
- Your wallet is not a bank account and the funds held are not deposits within the meaning of the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act (BOFIA). NDIC deposit insurance does not apply to your wallet balance.
- Your wallet cannot be overdrawn. Purchases that exceed your available balance will be declined.
- We may freeze your wallet if we detect or reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. A frozen wallet cannot process debits until the freeze is resolved by our support team.
Bonus wallet
Referral commissions are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds:
- May only be transferred to your main wallet subject to the minimum transfer amount (currently ₦50 per transfer)
- Cannot be transferred directly to an external bank account
- Are not redeemable for cash
Cashback wallet
Cashback earned on eligible purchases is held in a separate cashback wallet. Cashback:
- Expires automatically 90 days after it is earned and is not recoverable after expiry
- May be applied as a discount on eligible future purchases
- Cannot be transferred to an external bank account
Transactions, Pricing, and Refunds
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Prices are set by us and may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
Transaction finality
Transactions are submitted and processed in real time. Once your wallet has been debited, a transaction cannot be cancelled. You should review all transaction details carefully before confirming.
Failed transactions
If a transaction fails after your wallet has been debited (for example, due to a provider outage or an invalid meter number), the amount will be automatically reversed to your main wallet within 24 hours. If a reversal does not appear within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Reversals and refunds
All reversals are credited to your main wallet. We do not issue refunds to external bank accounts, payment cards, or any method outside the platform.
Wrong recipient — your responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing the correct phone number, meter number, smart card number, or other recipient details for each transaction. We cannot reverse, refund, or recover a transaction where a service was successfully delivered to a recipient specified incorrectly by you. Please double-check all details before confirming any purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal allows you to schedule recurring airtime or data purchases at daily, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals.
By enabling auto-renewal for a service:
- You explicitly authorise Cred Data Sub to automatically debit your main wallet at the scheduled time and deliver the specified service to the specified phone number
- Each auto-renewal will only execute if your wallet holds sufficient balance at the time of execution; if your balance is insufficient, that renewal cycle will be skipped without notification unless push notifications are enabled on your device
- You may cancel or modify any auto-renewal schedule at any time through the app; cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled execution
- We are not liable for any missed auto-renewal caused by insufficient wallet balance, account suspension, or platform downtime
Referral Programme
Cred Data Sub operates a referral programme that allows you to earn bonus credits by inviting others to the platform.
How it works
- Your referral code is unique to your account, auto-generated at registration, and cannot be changed or transferred.
- You earn a referral bonus when a person you have referred completes their first qualifying transaction on the platform. The qualifying transaction types and bonus amounts are set by us and may change.
- You may also earn a recurring commission on certain data purchases made by users you have directly referred, subject to commission rates configured by us on a per-plan basis.
Bonus wallet rules
- All referral bonuses are credited exclusively to your bonus wallet.
- Bonus funds may be transferred to your main wallet subject to a minimum transfer amount (currently ₦50 per transfer). The minimum amount may be adjusted at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to an external bank account; they are spendable only on the platform.
Anti-abuse
We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, claw back, or permanently disqualify referral bonuses that result from:
- Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to refer yourself)
- Fraudulent or artificially generated transactions
- Any attempt to manipulate, game, or circumvent the referral system
We may modify or permanently discontinue the referral programme at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
Cashback
Certain purchases on the platform may earn cashback credits, as indicated at the time of purchase.
- Cashback is credited to your cashback wallet immediately after a qualifying purchase completes successfully.
- Cashback expires 90 days from the date it is earned. Expired cashback is written off and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
- Cashback may be applied as a discount on eligible future purchases. The eligible purchase types are displayed in the app and may change.
- Cashback is non-transferable to external bank accounts and has no cash value outside the platform.
- Cashback rates, eligible purchase types, and the programme itself may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You must not use Cred Data Sub for any of the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction
- Money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other financial crime
- Circumventing our AML, KYC, or spending limit controls
